Evasion-Combo (闪避连击流)
The most beginner-friendly S-tier build in Long Yin. Easy to set up, easy to power-spike, comfortable through mid-game. Sect path: Emei (training base) → Thunderclap (forge gear) → Penglai (endgame). 30%+ combo + 250%+ dodge = near-untouchable while chain-attacking indefinitely.

Gear Forging Workflow (5 Steps)
- Raise 1 ally's potential to 70 via friendship — they become your forging assistant.
- Equip Thunderclap (霹雳堂) Purple/Gold Absolutes for the +10/+20 smithing boost. (Pass through Thunderclap mid-game just for this.)
- Grind Smithing to 150+. Below 150 the keyword roll RNG is too punishing.
- Forge with target keyword (飘逸 for Evasive, 舒筋 for Tendon-Ease).
- Save before each roll. Reload if keyword quality is below Red. Aim for double-Red.

Internal Damage (内伤流)
Internal Damage is the S-tier defensive scaling build. Slower power spike than Evasion-Combo but much higher endgame ceiling. Use Wudang 太极神功 OR Penglai 敲爻歌诀 as your legendary internal. Pair with 道德真经 for damage multiplier. Defensive in midgame, devastating at endgame.

Xianxia Sword (仙霞剑修)
Xianxia Sword is the A-tier sword DPS build. Defining feature: 含光无形剑 (Pure Light Formless Sword) given at full Xianxia membership — no random-find grind. High Agility scaling for 1vN. Endgame mastery + Penglai Gold Sword pushes the build close to S-tier.

Suppress (压制流)
Suppress is the A-tier lockdown build. Built around Kongtong's 斗转星移 movement skill, which applies suppression states to enemies. Stack Bone-Break (断骨) gear keywords to extend the lockdown. Hardest build to learn (4-star difficulty) but disables endgame bosses entirely.

True Damage (真伤流)
True Damage is the B-tier defense-bypass build. Damage ignores all armor/internal defense — theoretically the highest ceiling, but requires assembling 4+ rare skills correctly. Emei's 三洞灵宝经 is the legendary internal. Pair with spear (碧血洗银枪) or palm (天罡雷轰掌, 金刚三昧掌) endgame weapons.

Poison (毒王流)
Poison is the C-tier beginner-friendly build. Lower endgame ceiling than S-tier, but extremely forgiving — Poison DOT applies even when you miss attacks, and stacks across turns. Medicine King is the native sect. Community reports the build is more viable than tier suggests, especially against high-defense bosses.
